Nous utilisons notre&nbsp;processus d\u2019employabilit\u00e9&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/pprc.ca\/fr\/le-choix-dune-nouvelle-carriere\/notre-processus-demployabilite-selon-les-capacites\/\">selon les \u00ab capacit\u00e9s \u00bb<\/a>&nbsp;afin de nous assurer de trouver des occasions d\u2019embauche pour nos clients qui leur am\u00e8neront ind\u00e9pendance et succ\u00e8s. Ce processus inclut un<a href=\"https:\/\/pprc.ca\/fr\/le-choix-dune-nouvelle-carriere\/notre-processus-demployabilite-selon-les-capacites\/#application-support\">&nbsp;soutien aux&nbsp;demandes d\u2019emploi<\/a>,<a href=\"https:\/\/pprc.ca\/fr\/le-choix-dune-nouvelle-carriere\/notre-processus-demployabilite-selon-les-capacites\/#vocational\">&nbsp;la r\u00e9adaptation professionnelle<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/pprc.ca\/fr\/le-choix-dune-nouvelle-carriere\/notre-processus-demployabilite-selon-les-capacites\/#career-coaching\">l\u2019accompagnement de carri\u00e8re<\/a>,&nbsp;et<a href=\"https:\/\/pprc.ca\/fr\/le-choix-dune-nouvelle-carriere\/notre-processus-demployabilite-selon-les-capacites\/#skills-training\"> la formation des comp\u00e9tences.<\/a>\r\n\r\nNous examinons toute une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019options d\u2019emploi pour nos clients et les aidons \u00e0 s\u00e9lectionner la meilleure opportunit\u00e9 en regard de leur situation particuli\u00e8re.
