Nous examinons leur fa\u00e7on de faire des affaires, leurs besoins d\u2019affaires et la culture de l\u2019entreprise afin de nous assurer d\u2019un jumelage parfait avec un nouvel employ\u00e9 qui am\u00e8nera une relation productive. En tant que partenaires avec PPSR, les employeurs \u00e9pargneront temps et argent, gr\u00e2ce au fait qu\u2019ils n\u2019auront pas \u00e0 recruter et \u00e0 former de nouveaux employ\u00e9s. De plus, ils b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront de la satisfaction d\u2019avoir contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la vie d\u2019un \u00eatre humain.<\/p>\n\n<p>PPSR s&rsquo;attarde \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des relations solides et des partenariats de confiance avec les employeurs en leur fournissant semaine apr\u00e8s semaine un soutien de recrutement rentable et \u00e0 faible risque.
